FREE TRACK: A Gift on International Women’s Day 11th March 2018
Devi Prayer by Craig Pruess and Ananda with introduction by Kamala Mann. As part of supporting International Women’s Day, Kamala had the honor of recording an introduction to the internationally recognised music of Craig Pruess and Ananda. The track was recorded to share with anyone in need of mother energy and as a reminder of the courage, strength and power within. Craig’s words in response to the recording (below) were very supportive! Blessings to you Craig!
“Hello Kamala!, I feel the emotion in your spoken voice, and your words are very beautiful and heartfelt. Thank you so much for forwarding this to me. You have done very well to extend the intro, and leave divine space for the mantra to bloom forth. And after your intro words, I have to tell you that the chant and mantra is EVEN MORE POWERFUL!! I feel your soul and I feel your spirit. And the way you have embraced this music is nothing short of touching, moving….more that words can say.
bless you, bless you, bless you

FREE TRACK: Earth Day 22nd April 2018 – We are one and the Same. As part of supporting Earth Day this mediation contemplates a simple apple, our connection to it and the earth. The simple message – we are one and the same …so grab an apple and enjoy.
If you enjoyed the meditation and want to support your home the Earth, we suggest making a donation to the World Land Trust – This charity buys land in the most biodiverse places on the planet, and works with local partners to turn them into nature reserves. In 25 years, they have prevented 600’000 acres from being raised to the ground. Sir David Attenborough is a patron. They really make a difference.
To support your listening of the meditations:
1. Please seek advice from your GP if you have either or a history of depression, epilepsy or schizophrenia or if you are under supervision by a mental health team.
2. Choose a time or place that supports your listening. For example, first thing in the morning or just before bedtime works well. Minimise disturbance by silencing your phone, radios etc and letting people know (who might be in same space) to be sensitive to your sitting time.
3. You can use headphones but listening without them works just as well.
4. Ensure you feel comfortable when listening. Most of the meditations have been developed on the basis of being seated – so either on the floor or a chair. Find out what position works best for you and support yourself with cushions etc if needed.
5. Guided meditations are not intended to be listened to when driving.
